The Together In Faith (TIF) Collaborative began in 2004 as a nationwide
conference bringing together SGL, LGBTQ and Ally people of all ages, races,
religions and spiritualities from around the country for skill-enhancing
workshops, led by nationally renowned activists and community-building
activities with like-minded progressive People of Faith.

Today, the Together in Faith Collaborative continues to bring SGL,LGBTQ and
Straight Allies of all ages, races, religions and spiritualities together in
Michigan. By focusing on Michigan, the opportunity to support and connect
SGL, LGBTQA and faith leaders to make sustainable changes within Michigan
increases. Opportunities for skill development continues as does community
and team building.

Unlike the nationwide conference of years past, the Collaborative is a more
intimate atmosphere, open to less than 50 participants. This provides both a
retreat and reflective atmosphere for clergy, lay leaders, activists and
organizers to rejuvenate and restore themselves and their spiritual connections.
