FEES:
Contributions for the Collaborative are set on a sliding-scale
$50 – $275 per Collaborative.
Contributions or waivers are due 4 weeks prior to each

Cover ALL lodging, meals, workshops & team activities.
CONTRIBUTION/
FEE WAIVERS:
A limited number of contribution-free slots are available for
those who might not otherwise be able to attend.
Contributions or waivers are due 3 weeks prior to each
Collaborative.
ACCESSIBILITY:
All meeting & lodging facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Collaborative sessions will be sign-language interpreted for
hearing-impaired as requested. Requests must be received
3 weeks prior to each Collaborative.
RIDE SHARE:
Opportunities may be available for car pooling & ride share.
